include: Aboriginal liaison service. Taking Steps - Falls Prevention
Service involving a free home assessment by a qualified
physiotherapist to advise active older people how to reduce their risk
of falling. Reimbursement of up to $30 is available to assist with
costs incurred for Falls Prevention home modifications and equipment.
Allied health intervention - including dietetics, occupational
therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, social work and speech pathology.
Day program for socially isolated people. Dementia programs. Home
modification. Equipment provision. Home support (household duties.)
Personal care. Respite care.
