ADAC is unique in Australia as it is the only Indigenous peak body of its kind. Currently we represent 22 Aboriginal Community Organisations from across South Australia. ADAC provides responses to a range of state and national committees and strategies, helps communities deal with the problems associated with substance misuse, develops health promotional materials, undertakes research on its own and in collaboration with various universities and key national research organisations

Hours: Office: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Support services: 7 days per week 6am-12am for some clients.
Metropolitan Domiciliary Care (MDC) provides services to people who have reduced ability to care for themselves, assisting them to stay living at home - close to loved ones, family and local community. MDC is also known as ‘Dom Care’. We service the area of metropolitan Adelaide.Our services include physical assistance, rehabilitation and personal care, as well as providing respite and support for carers. MDC primarily assists those aged over 65 to deal with reduced ability due to ageing, although younger people may qualify for support in some instances.
